So the Shepard's Pie is AMAZING! I can't believe how well the RockCrock works on the stovetop to brown the brisket and then saute the onions and garlic. Made the sauce in the same pan, returned the brisket to it, and put it in the oven for 3 hours with the lid on. The meat was absolutely out...
