Hosting a Recipe? Questions about Buying Ingredients

I try to do one recipe for the month and then buy the ingredients (non-perishable) when they go on sale. I have the host reimburse me unless it's a $1000 show.

    Cookbook+ Order Forms to Distribute

But if they pay by credit/debit card, do they not do the donation or do you have to specify that that portion will have to be by check?

    Cookbook+ Order Forms to Distribute

Sorry, I'm coming a little late to this post and have never done a fundraiser. On the $5 donation, how do you handle this when they are paying with a credit/debit card and ordering on the web site? I can see how you do this if paying by check because you give the $5 to the person/organization...

    Gourmet Kitchen Supplies from Williams-Sonoma

They also have free classes on the weekends and they frequently talk about products relating to the subject of the class and reasons to purchase them. Would be a good lesson in selling and cooking that you could use in your shows.

    Product for Grating Cheddar Cheese

Another thing that could be causing stains/discoloration is citrus/acidic foods. I always tell my customers that if they do decide to cut citrus, tomatoes, etc. they will need to wash and dry their knives right a way because it will discolor the steel. Then I mentioned that if they are the...

Is Pampered Chef the Best Business to Work For?

I went to conference and even went to the Fed Ex Booth, but didn't see anything. I am in Northwest Las Vegas, one freeway exit short of the Mt. Charleston exit. It is really growing out my way. I would tell your sister that Pampered Chef has been around so long and has such an awesome...

Is Pampered Chef the Best Business to Work For?

I have recently been lurking on this site and it just proves to me again just how nurturing and kind I have found people to be in this business. When I went to Conference people just want to help you succeed! I am really enjoying the information I have discovered in the last couple of days and...
