The best thing you could do is call HO and chat with them about your concern.

The packing slip that comes in the box for each guest has all the information on it that they would need to have to contact HO if they needed to about the product. Worst case make sure that you have all of their information that if they do call HO the rep can look up information very quickly...

At my vendor booths...I charge shipping if I have to order anything in and if they are local it is only show shipping price. If it has to direct I charge the direct shipping price. I tell them that on hand items are the price in the catalog with no shipping or tax, because I have already paid...

I just had one for a freshman class and they had 31 kids sign up with 19 submitting orders. They raised $4600 total....Plus I have two relay teams next month having fundraisers.
