When coordinating a product return on something within the 30-day window, is it necessary to have the item in the original packaging?
My customer HATES the new mandoline and wants her money back. She has the old-style mandoline, and likes that plenty, but she just can't get enthused by the new model. Frankly, I hate the new mandoline, too, so I understand her frustration.
