Sure, here is the recipe for Pesto Cheese Pastries from the new cookbook:Ingredients:- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed- 1/4 cup prepared pesto- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese- 1 egg, beaten- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)Instructions:1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
