As if we need any more ideas BUT, I grilled chicken tenderloins with the Greek Rub using the Grill pan and press. Served them with Tsatziki sauce made in the MFP.
Chop in the MFP: 1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded; 1/2 medium sweet onion. Mix with 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice; 16 oz. plain, non-fat Greek yogurt; salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grilled chicken (and warm pita bread, if desired).
I did chop the cuke and onion separately. I love the MFP more than the chopper and mandoline combined!
And while I am "loving" -- the new microplane adjustable coarse grater will finally free me from pre-shredded cheeses. Hooray!
