THEY ARE JUST TODAY, MARCH 20, WORKING ON ONLINE ADJUSTMENTS FROM --GET THIS--MARCH 7. I was floored. Here they tell us to submit them online and they take 2 weeks to even GET to them? Sheesh. I'm calling them in from now on until they get this customer service mess fixed. Two weeks before they even address the problem. Unacceptable.
