Can Full-Time PC Careers Replace Traditional Jobs?

In summary, a Future Director is actively working towards becoming a Director, while a Director has already achieved that rank. To become a Director, a Consultant must have at least three active team members, reach a certain sales volume, and achieve a certain level of personal sales. Additionally, they must attend training and development sessions to learn leadership skills. Anyone who meets the requirements and is willing to put in the effort can become a Director, but it does require dedication, hard work, and strong leadership skills. As a Director, one can earn higher commissions, bonuses, and incentives, as well as build and lead a team for personal growth. The time it takes to become a Director varies, but on average it can take 6 months to 2

Please bare in mind that I have just recently started trying to make PC a longterm career and I am trying to set some personal goals. Having not focused on this aspect of this business, I am a bit nieve about everything...

I saw some threads regarding making it work doing PC and holding a FT job, but I was wondering if there are FDs, Directors, etc who are profitable enough with PC that they don't have to work another job. I'm trying to set some good personal goals for myself... I guess I don't know how everything works as far as downlines, etc. And just need some motivation.

What is your income need? Start there and plan what you need to do accordingly.

I'm sort of in the same boat. I hope to retire from a full time job in about a year and start PC full time. I'm lucky because I have the income of another job while learning as much as posible about the PC business.
I have made up an imaginary cluster on paper to see what would have to happen to replace my present income. You have to figure 3% of what amount plus whatever you can sell on your own will pay the bills.
