I know this may have been discussed in a different thread but couldn't find it.
I have had several people ask me which is better, the Stainless or our non-stick. I don't have any REAL informaton to tell them. I have been saying that it depends on what you want to do. Stainless is better for browning things and making pan sauces and the non-stick is better for just everyday cooking. I also tell them that if they just refuse to hand wash... stainless is the way to go, even thought the non stick is super easy to clean.
Anyone have better information that I can give to help them decide?
Thanks in advance - you guys are always full of great information!
