Could a Missed Spam Email Have Been Important?

When cleaning out my spam folder the other day, as always, I checked the ALL box, and just as I hit the delete button I noticed one of the e-mails was from pamperedk....... I didn't have time to see much more, or even the subject. Since my e-mail address starts with pampchef, I'm not surprised to see spam messages which start with pamp; however, this had the whole word spelled out, which made me think it might have been someone from CS.
