I ordered the Bridal Showers Invites from PC but was wondering what everyone else does. Do you make your own and print on bridal card stock? or print on a regular 8 1/2 x 11 nice paper. I need some ideas, I'm meeting with the bride and bride's maid on Friday to go over everything. I wanted to show her some samples. I only have a shower scheduled with her, no registry yet. I will discuss that with her on Friday.

I just use the PC one's, no need to recreate something that is already offered to us.

Hi there! I personally like to make my own bridal shower invitations. I find it adds a personal touch and allows me to customize the design to fit the theme of the shower. I usually print them on bridal card stock, but I have also used regular 8 1/2 x 11 paper and it still turned out great. It all depends on the design and paper quality you choose. Good luck with your meeting on Friday and have fun planning the shower!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some creative ideas for bridal shower invites?

Consider using themed designs that reflect the couple's personality or interests. You can opt for digital invites for a modern touch or traditional paper invites for a classic feel. Incorporating elements like floral patterns, elegant fonts, or even a photo of the couple can make the invites more personal and memorable.

How far in advance should I send out bridal shower invites?

It's best to send out bridal shower invites about 4 to 6 weeks before the event. This gives guests ample time to RSVP and make arrangements to attend. If your shower is close to the wedding date, consider sending them out even earlier to ensure everyone can join in the celebration.

What information should be included in the bridal shower invite?

Your bridal shower invite should include the date, time, and location of the event, as well as RSVP details. Additionally, you may want to include the theme of the shower, any gift registry information, and any special instructions, such as dress code or whether guests should bring a dish to share.

Can I include a gift registry link in the bridal shower invite?

Yes, it's perfectly acceptable to include a gift registry link in the bridal shower invite. Just make sure to phrase it politely, such as "The couple is registered at [store name]" or "Gifts are optional, but if you wish to contribute, they are registered at [store name]." This way, guests feel informed without feeling pressured.

How can I make my bridal shower invites stand out?

To make your bridal shower invites stand out, consider using unique materials like textured paper or incorporating special features like foil stamping or embossing. You can also add a personal touch by including a handwritten note or a small keepsake with each invite. Creative wording and a fun theme can also help capture attention and excitement.
