This is me, except I don't do interactive shows.....I'm glad I'm not missing something :)

I usually get there about 15-30 mins before my shows. I like to do the chicken fajita's or chicken parm soup and neither of those have a lot of prep work. For those you get there 45 mins before or longer and you say you set up, what are you setting up??

When cutting the fruit (& some veggies), use the creative cutters for fun shapes :). Also, you can make corn dogs in the brownie pan as well as omelets, mini pizzas, etc...

The dues from everyone each month adds up to $160, so I use $150.00 for the "host" to get free product and the $10.00 goes towards shipping and ingredients...

The $150 is used for the host to shop with and anyone can add to the order and she can collect orders for more free.
