    He doesn't want to use the Fine Microplane Adjustable Grater--we discussed that option (or pressing it through the garlic press). The item he showed me on line you can put plastic wrap over the grater and it doesnt tear and all your ginger can be wrapped up in the plastic when your done.

    Words People Mispronounce That Drive You Nuts...

    Actually creek can be pronounced either as "creek" or "crick" . It drove me nuts growing up since we had Duck Creek (sounding like creek) and Baird's Creek (sounding like crick). I finally looked it up in the dictionary and found out both pronounceations were correct.
