    i am also thinking that flipping the "flower" like they suggested for using as a microwave splatter cover would work great when you are making large batches of something (ex: fried chicken or french fries) and keeping it warm as you go by the stove.

    i am glad that they are ALL insulated, so they are more cooking-related than pc (though they do have insulated too) - i know i have had a lot of customers ooh over my dotted picnic tote, so I will be happy to have one to carry that they CAN get!

    i am pleased with the assortment of these rubs - they might be my favorites so far - we will see ;) but very excited about the citrus ginger, and that the tex mex is more of a fajita rub, with cumin - yay!
