I would call PC first. There is always the chance that they will help you out. Nothing hurt by trying.

I agree with cincychef. Since you met her at church, maybe she would like to donate the rewards to the church. That would be an excellent reason for her to reach out to more people as she would be able to shower a local cause with some great items. Or, maybe an organization with an auction...

I really think it depends on how quick you catch the order. If you can catch it right away (within the hour or two), I've been able to get help from PC. If it starts processing, it's too late.
