My again - I also used the fresh salsa in my Chipotle Chili Cornbread Bake. I made the salsa while the meat was cooking. I then used the new cheese grater to grate the cheese on top and used the new scoop and drain to drain the meat. The fresh salsa in this recipe really made a big difference...

Oh - and then I used my small scoop to scoop it into a small bowl for serving - it looked beautiful!
