If she is a host vs consultant, and hadn't used the logo, it may be ok by PC standards since she didn't post a link to the PWS.But, wouldn't it be against eBay policies? If you use Firefox, there is an extension you can download called FireFTP. I liked Smart FTP and Cute FTP better, from what I can remember, but I liked the FREE aspect of FireFTP and once I got it set up, it has worked well.
