Have you ever substituted applesauce for part or all of the oil? I know there are recipes for cake that they do this to cut out the fat.

I know here in Ohio they have periodic knife and scissor sharpening sessions at the local JoAnn Fabric and Craft stores. I have also seen people post on CS that they go to thier local grocery stores. Hope that helps.

The clubhouse chicken squares are very good. I have made them both for an open house and a cooking show. I made the crust ahead of time and just did the toppings. Good demo. I serve them right away. Everyone loved them.
