I want to send out some letters to my local real estate agents to target a new audience- does anyone have one them have made up? I did a search in the files but didn't find one? I have no leads and no shows booked currently and really need to make a push to get out of my box.

I gave a Coffee Lover Basket for one: Coffee and More Cups, Starbucks Ground Coffee with a Scoop Clip on top. Included a gift certificate for a free cooking show :) Packaged nicely in a basket with black shreds in the cups to look like coffee :) Hope you come up with a good one!

I set up my first booth at a Gift Bazaar- the day was pretty much a flop with only 7 shoppers and no buyers or hostesses- but my table looked awesome.
