I was going to say the same thing, I tell hosts that I need a full name (have gotten several without a last name), address & at least 1 phone number before the order could be placed because of warranty purposes. Never had a problem getting that info then.
In the past two days, I've had to put out over $1,000 in vet bills for a 4 year old cat. This has made it impossible for me to attend NC this year, so I too had to submit my registration cancellation in order to receive my money back.Those of you still able to attend, have a great time!!!
How do you know who is your sales manager? Not that I need to ask them anything, but I've heard others refer to this here and have no clue what they mean.
At our last cluster meeting, we talked about not getting discouraged with a bad show, because we had a new consultant. Anyway, I had to share Ann's potty party, as I don't think there could be a worse story than that. My cluster mates agreed with me! LOL
I've only sold 4 of these, and 2 customers have reported the stone cracking while in the oven. For me, it's not a stone I'd buy, I'll stick with my well seasoned round stone and rack. LOL
