A couple years ago I made an old PC recipe- not sure the name, but it had zucc and yellow squash, cut into ribbons with the veg peeler, an oil coating and a balsamic reduction on the plate. Can anyone find this recipe for me again please? It was delicious!

I wonder how these would be if cut into chunks and bbq on PC skewers? Just a thought..

I love this recipe- and do it often! I've never frozen the carbonated components... but I do freeze the tequila and put the other ingredients in the refrigerator before assembly. I would imagine freezing the beer and soda would get rid of all its fizz- which adds a lot to the recipe!

Just in case anyone reading this post needs a second opinion- I totally AGREE!!! Love it love it love it!!!

Re: Potluck...Thank you all for your suggestions! I wound up making the White Chicken Chili with a couple modifications (taco seasoning instead of Southwest, and Trader Joe's MILD Salsa Verde). I got several requests for the recipe.... how do I handle this? (Can you make it without the DCB?)...

I am supposed to do a main dish for a potluck tomorrow... would love to showcase the DCB! Any suggestions? (Mixed ethnicities, all women) (I did the stacked enchiladas before- would like to do something different but a "WOW!") Thanks for your ideas!!!

In the middle of one of my first shows, (before I did interactive shows) the host stood up, announced it was time for a cigarette, and took all the guests outside for a smoke right in the middle of my demo! I was still talking when she did it!!!

Or ask your co-workers to help you out by having a show- and let them know how much it will benefit them as well! (Assuming you wouldn't mind traveling out to their homes)

That sounds like a great way to show the host how easy it is to be a consultant! She basically is!
