I have sold a couple carafes -- but have had 2 myself, both have leaked -- and are now broken from falling off the counter. Will not replace, not happy with it and at such a high price not worth it to me.
I use my Rice Cooker all the time for brown rice and love it! I buy regular brown rice and measure 1 part rice to 2 parts water, cook on high for 8 minutes and then 20 minutes at half power. I have never had a bad batch yet.

I love the salad chopper, but mine got black spots all over the knife part -- HO sent a new one out right away. Yeah! I think I'll skip the dishwasher on this one also.
