I love this -- how do you determine what pantry product they get free?

I have cooked wild rice (regular not a white rice mix) in my rice cooker plus many times and it has turned out great. I cook it on high for 10 minutes - then on 50% power. I start at 20 minutes, and keep adding time until it is done. [It has taken up to 45 min to an hour on 50 % power. No...

I have sold a couple carafes -- but have had 2 myself, both have leaked -- and are now broken from falling off the counter. Will not replace, not happy with it and at such a high price not worth it to me.

Customer request -- muffin pan for large size muffins.

I use my Rice Cooker all the time for brown rice and love it! I buy regular brown rice and measure 1 part rice to 2 parts water, cook on high for 8 minutes and then 20 minutes at half power. I have never had a bad batch yet.

When serving over Cream Cheese, did you microwave it to warm and soften the cream cheese?

I made a chicken with mushroom sauce in mine -- it did not stick, but got a rainbow discoloration on the inside of the pan. I called HO and the person I talked to to said they had not heard of that and are sending me a new one -- should have it tomorrow! I have not had a problem with SS...

I love the salad chopper, but mine got black spots all over the knife part -- HO sent a new one out right away. Yeah! I think I'll skip the dishwasher on this one also.
