This just happened to me last week...except her whole show was MIA...all 5 boxes. HO sent her a new one as soon as I called them...they are great about handling that type of thing. All they needed was a new address because they couldn't send the show again to that address.

I had the exact same problem yesterday and today when I tried to submitt a supply order. I was very confused as well. Let us know if you figure it out.

I have both and use the large far more often! I cook my entire dinner in the large one at least twice a week!
