I sign it and write my consultant number. On the bottom I put (or stamp) my address/telephone label. I make a big deal in presenting it to her as my appreciation. I point out that the current SB is only available for 6 months and after that can only be found on EBay (usually for more that $1). I have pretty good luck with guests wanting one too.
