If a person submitted an order that is associated with a show, does their immediately go out for shipment, or do they have to wait for the show to close?

They have to wait for the show to close- their order gets submitted along with the show when you submit through P3.

If they place on order on the website under the host name first you have to transer to PPPlus. They it will ship after the show is closed. It will go to the hostess unless they asked to have shipped directly to them.
