More info on the Premium Tools?

Does anyone have more info on the premium tools for subscription? I've now got a team of three & was wondering about it. All of the documentation that I can find is the price & that you can send out recognition e-mails to your group.

Any specifics? Can anyone take a screen shot & email it to me? wiese114@<hidden email>

The only real enhancement is the ability to send emails and newsletters to your team.

Does it include stats for them when sending recognition e-mails? Like "Congrats on your first $1000 party? or is there a place to type a message?

There's a place to add a message, but the emails themselves are pretty basic (just a decorative frame with a heading).
