Emails of PWS orders from a show

If I remember correctly, when a guest placed an order online for a show, I received an email confirmation real soon after the order was placed. I am talking within an hour.

I have noticed lately, I get that same email confirmation 4 DAYS LATER! That's nuts to me! Anyone else notice this?
