One of my best friends Joan Spencer lost her son Jeffery Taylor, one year ago on September 9th to suicide. He was 16 years old. I am walking with her on September 26th in support of the American Foundation for suicide Prevention. The walk is called “Out of the Darkness”. I told her I was going to put a shout and a challenge out to all of my fellow Pampered Chef Consultants and Directors and try to have it reach from NY (where we are) to CA and every state in between. Please go to this website AFSP Community Walks - DonorDrive® (you may have to cut and paste) it should take you right to my page and it will say in memory of Jeffery Taylor. After making your donation it gives you a chance to leave a message, please do and include your name, the fact that you are with Pampered Chef (consultant or director) and what state and town you are from. It will all be posted on the AFSP website for all to see as well as mine. I started it with a $25 donation and I used my PC credit card, it is tax deductible. It would be great if you could match me but if not every dollar helps.
If you have problem or any questions you can email me at [email protected].

Thanks in advance to all from not just from me but also from Joan, Jeff (Jeffery’s father) John (stepfather) Jessie and Jamie (Jeffery’s sisters ages 7 and 8)

Connie Langridge
