So, what are you using this for???

I am going to try it in place of the morrocan rub in the saucy morrocan chicken. Make it a cajun dish instead. May use pasta instead of rice.

Haven't thought of anything else yet!

I used it on a pork roast the other night and DH loved it. Said it didn't give him heartburn like the Smoky bbq does.

New Orleans Style Chicken & Sausage Gumbo. Yumm-o!!!

anything! chicken, potatoes, veggies, beef, pork! anything you want to add some spice too! i have been buying creole rub from the grocery foreve! i am sooo happy PC finally came out with it!!!

I know this is an old thread, but what kind of flavoring does the creole rub have? I've never tried anything even remotely creole, I'm not even sure what exactly creole is. :blushing:

I am curious too. I guess I will have to try it. What does it taste like??

Frequently Asked Questions

What factors should I consider when choosing a kitchen tool for my cooking project?

When selecting a kitchen tool, consider the type of dish you are preparing, the cooking method, the material of the tool, its size, and your personal cooking style. Additionally, think about how often you will use the tool and whether it fits within your budget.

How do I know if a tool is durable and of high quality?

Look for tools made from high-quality materials such as stainless steel, silicone, or durable plastics. Check for customer reviews and ratings, as well as any warranties or guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Tools from reputable brands like Pampered Chef often come with a promise of quality.

Are there specific tools recommended for beginners in cooking?

Yes! Beginners should consider essential tools such as a good chef's knife, cutting board, measuring cups and spoons, mixing bowls, and basic cookware like pots and pans. Pampered Chef offers starter sets that include these fundamental tools to help new cooks get started.

Can I use one tool for multiple cooking tasks?

Absolutely! Many kitchen tools are versatile and can be used for various tasks. For example, a food processor can chop, slice, and puree, while a multi-purpose peeler can peel, slice, and julienne. Look for tools that offer multiple functions to save space and money.

How do I maintain and care for my kitchen tools?

To maintain your kitchen tools, follow the manufacturer's care instructions, which often include hand washing instead of using a dishwasher, avoiding abrasive cleaners, and regularly sharpening knives. Proper care will extend the life of your tools and keep them performing at their best.
