OK, maybe a silly question, but I'm writing out my host's invitations and now after writing it, I'm not sure who's information I'm supposed to be writing? I am letting her host the show at my house, but she's inviting her guests. So I have my address, but who's phone # and email? Mine or hers? Is it always mine or always my host's info? Thanks!

Re: Invitations?I always put my host as the contact person because the guest know him or her and would feel more comfortable rsvping to them.

Re: Invitations?I would say the host's contact info. That way the guests will feel more comfortable when they recognize a her name.

Re: Invitations?Great thanks, glad I asked b/c I started writing my info on them...glad I only wrote 1 before asking!

Hi there! It's not a silly question at all! When writing out the host's invitations, you should include the host's information, such as their name, phone number, and email. This way, their guests can easily reach out to them with any questions or to RSVP. Hope that helps clarify things! Happy hosting!

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should I include in my host's invitations?

Your host should include friends, family, coworkers, and anyone else who might be interested in attending the party. It's important to reach out to people who enjoy cooking or are looking for kitchen tools and recipes.

Should my host invite people who have previously attended Pampered Chef parties?

Yes, inviting previous attendees can be beneficial as they may already be familiar with the products and may be interested in purchasing again. They can also help spread the word to new potential guests.

Is it a good idea to include social media contacts in the invitations?

Absolutely! Including social media contacts can help reach a wider audience. Encourage your host to share the invitation on their social media platforms to attract friends and acquaintances who might not be on their direct contact list.

What information should be included in the invitations?

The invitations should include the date, time, and location of the party, as well as RSVP details. It’s also helpful to mention any special themes, promotions, or what guests can expect, such as cooking demonstrations or product samples.

How can my host encourage guests to bring friends?

Your host can encourage guests to bring friends by mentioning it in the invitation and highlighting the fun and social aspects of the party. They could also consider offering a small incentive, like a raffle entry or a special gift, for guests who bring a friend.
