The thread discusses the logistics and considerations surrounding running a host incentive where the prize is a muffin stone for the host with the highest show in March. Participants share their experiences and thoughts on how to handle the ordering of the prize, including whether to add it to the host's order or to order it separately under a consultant discount.
Views differ on the appropriateness of using a host's discount for ordering prizes, with some participants feeling comfortable doing so while others express hesitation. No clear consensus emerges on the best approach to handling the ordering process.
The discussion reflects personal experiences and opinions regarding incentive practices among Pampered Chef consultants, focusing on the nuances of ordering prizes and the implications of using host discounts.

Thanks!

When we pay for something as a "consultant gift" we DO get commission on that. The term means that we paid for the item as a gift to the host (or guest).Christa said:What I'm asking is if its wrong to oder a prize for someone else off another hosts show. The Host Incentive for March is a special promotion where hosts have the chance to win a Muffin Stone by having the highest sales during their show in March. This is a great way to encourage hosts to invite more guests and boost their show sales.
To qualify for the Muffin Stone incentive, you need to host a show in March and achieve the highest sales compared to other hosts during the same month. The host with the highest total sales will win the Muffin Stone.
A Muffin Stone is a versatile baking stone designed for making muffins, cupcakes, and other baked goods. It promotes even baking and helps achieve a perfect texture. Winning this stone can enhance your baking experience and is a valuable addition to any kitchen.
Yes, you can combine the Muffin Stone incentive with other host rewards. As a host, you will still earn the usual host benefits, such as discounts on products and free items based on your show sales, in addition to the chance to win the Muffin Stone.
If your show sales are not the highest in March, you will still enjoy all the regular benefits of hosting a show, including free products, discounts, and exclusive offers. Participating in the incentive is a great way to engage with your guests and potentially increase your sales, even if you don’t win the Muffin Stone.
