There isn't a tutorial on iContact, but we had a thread on it:

I don't recognize ever seeing the name before, so I'm guessing someone saw my car or picked up someone's catalog. Signing up for a newsletter is much less intimidating then the whole "Contact Me" form. And although it's not an order now, it might lead to one later!
