I have a show coming up and most guests are serious dieters; they count every bite that goes in the mouth.

I would like to offer several appealing recipes to them that they can actually eat. I do interactive shows.

If you can think of something that can be done in the DCB in the microwave that would be a bonus but not essential.

thanks so much

It's for the WW Points- and the lower the points, the lower the calories/fat.
For me, as a WW member, I think a dinner/main meal that is less than 9 or 10 pts is great. There are a few in the Weekday Dinners collection cards coming that are 7 pts. Also, if you have the "It's Good for You" cookbook, there are quite a few good ones in there.

The Pineapple Salsa is just fruit and veggies. :)

Chicken Fajitas in the DCB :chef: Up the peppers & onion a bit (or use really big ones) to increase the vegetables. Use low-carb totilla wraps (there are several out there - the less fat and more fiber in them, the better).

Seven Layer Southwestern Salad. It's a hearty Main Dish Salad, with lots of veggies, black beans, and FLAVOR!5 Points w/ WW, and VERY good! Everyone loves it, even if they aren't dieting:chef:.Cook the chicken in the DCB, and then layer it in a SA Serving Bowl, or in the Trifle Bowl. The recipe is in the files here.
