Has anyone had problems with the Chillzane bowls? One of my customers has one and she said it seems like there is no liquid in it. Do they evaporate?

Thanks.

Re: ChillzanesI have one also that doesn't seem to have any liquid in it. I am anxious to see what the replies are here.

Re: Chillzanesmine have...not all but over time

Re: ChillzanesMine have too and I have had numerous calls (all after the warranty expired) from customers that the same thing has happened. It is filled with a petroleum product, so I am thinking it evaporates over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Chillzane Bowls and how do they work?

Chillzane Bowls are specially designed serving bowls that keep food cold for extended periods. They feature a double-walled construction with a gel layer that can be frozen before use, allowing them to maintain the temperature of chilled foods, making them perfect for salads, desserts, and dips.

Why is my Chillzane Bowl not staying cold?

If your Chillzane Bowl is not staying cold, it may not have been frozen long enough. Ensure that the bowl is placed in the freezer for at least 24 hours before use. Additionally, check that the gel layer is intact and not leaking, as any damage can affect its cooling properties.

Can I put my Chillzane Bowl in the dishwasher?

No, Chillzane Bowls should not be placed in the dishwasher. To clean them, simply hand wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that could scratch the surface.

What should I do if my Chillzane Bowl has developed a leak?

If you notice a leak in your Chillzane Bowl, it is important to stop using it immediately. Unfortunately, if the gel layer is compromised, the bowl may need to be replaced, as it will no longer effectively keep food cold. Contact Pampered Chef customer service for assistance with replacements.

Can I use my Chillzane Bowl for hot foods?

Chillzane Bowls are designed specifically for cold foods and should not be used for hot items. Using them for hot foods can damage the bowl and compromise its cooling ability. For hot foods, consider using other Pampered Chef serving dishes that are designed for that purpose.
