You mentioned somewhere that you would be doing this at a grilling show. Can you please tell me what is involved inthis recipe (ingredients and steps).

Does anyone have the recipe that was featured on the SS '08 catalog with the veggies in the grill basket?

My grilling show is Saturday.

Thanks so much!

Hi Tara,

You can pull up all the Season's Best recipes on CC.....under the product/recipe tab.

It's really simple!

I plan on (the show is next week!) wedging and slicing a pineapple, and grilling them for just a few minutes in the grill basket (so the sugars caramelize) and then placing 2 half circles together in a bowl, with a big scoop of ice cream in the middle of it, and a little Pineapple Rum Sauce over the top...maybe w/ a cherry on top?

Don't forget to use the EAD for some whipped cream!

MMMMMMMMM sounds tasty! When I grill pineapple I brush it with mixture I make of brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. My DS could eat an entire pineapple this way!!

It's not really a recipe...just something to do. :chef:

That sounds delicious! I also used some of the sauce and pineapples from the Tropical Pineapple Torte over Ice-cream...YUMMM!!!!!

Has anyone tried warming up the pineapple rum sauce for the sundaes?

I've actually grilled the pineapple in our grill pan brushed with our pineapple sauce.
