Okay, I know I should have went to the website forum, but I need a quick answer. I am freaking out!!!!! I had a show last night and the host wanted me to send out an email to the ones who didn't attend. So I used the standard "sorry you can't attend", even though the show is over. When I sent it one of my friends is on the list. She replied back to me and says "huh?" I look through it and the host's name is not correct. Her name is Holly and it says sorry you can't attend Angela's show.
How do I fix this. This makes me look really stupid.

To fix this, apologize for the mistake and explain what happened. Then, provide the correct information and ask your friend to please disregard the original email. You could also provide a link to any additional information about the show so that your friend can stay up to date on what's happening. Finally, consider reaching out to the other people who received the incorrect email and explain the situation.

Hey there, don't freak out! Mistakes happen and it's important to stay calm and find a solution. The best thing to do in this situation is to apologize to your friend and explain the mistake. Let her know that the email was meant for someone else and that you accidentally used the wrong name. Offer to send her a corrected email with the correct host's name. Most likely, your friend will understand and appreciate your honesty. It's better to own up to the mistake and fix it rather than trying to cover it up. Good luck!
