Do we write off our PC dollars we earned as they were used on office supplies/products for shows?

Yes. Just write off the purchase of the items, as if you had paid for them any other way.

The PC Dollars will stay as part of your additional income and can not be deducted the way the products earned can be. Like Ann said it is the items you bought with them that you deduct (paperwork or products).
