One of my hosts ordered the grinder set, and her mom who was at her show ordered it as well and gave it to her for Christmas. Can the host exchange it for something else, and how do I go about it?

I had that happen as well but they found out before Christmas what happened. I called HO and they told me to send that back and I ordered what she wanted right away. If there is a $1 difference either way, HO just doesn't do anything. If it is more, there is a charge or refund.
