I had a host in July book off of herself. She just her other show in November and when I go to enter the host special for her show it works but not for booking off of herself. Now I was always told that if you book of yourself you can get the special as the host and past host, but when I tried to do that it said to many host specials were selected. Any ideas?

Are you trying to put it on her host order? The order for her past host benefit needs to be on a separate order. Put her in as a guest at her own show. It should work.

It has to be a seperate order that she pays shipping on. It's like she's two people - she's the host buyong one and she's the past host buying the other. The best thing about this is that as the past host that order counts toward her show sales.

Also make sure to add the more expensive item as the past host because it counts more for her show.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are host specials in Pampered Chef, and how can they be maximized for bookings?

Host specials are exclusive offers and discounts available to hosts who hold a party. To maximize these specials for bookings, emphasize the value of the offers during your conversations with potential hosts. Highlight how these specials can enhance their kitchen experience and encourage them to share the opportunity with friends and family. Additionally, consider offering incentives for booking parties during the promotion period.

How can I encourage previous hosts to rebook their parties?

To encourage previous hosts to rebook, reach out personally to thank them for their past participation and remind them of the benefits they enjoyed. Share any new host specials or products that have been introduced since their last party. Offering a small incentive, such as a discount on their next order or a free product for rebooking, can also motivate them to host again.

What are some effective ways to troubleshoot objections from potential hosts?

When facing objections from potential hosts, listen carefully to their concerns and validate their feelings. Provide clear information about the benefits of hosting, such as earning free products and discounts. If they express concerns about time or effort, reassure them that you will provide support and guidance throughout the process. Offering flexible hosting options, such as virtual parties, can also help address these objections.

How can I leverage social media to promote host specials and encourage bookings?

Utilize social media platforms to share engaging content about host specials, including testimonials from past hosts and photos of products they can earn. Create posts that highlight the excitement of hosting a party and the fun experiences that come with it. Consider hosting a live Q&A session to answer questions and dispel any myths about hosting. Encourage your followers to tag friends who might be interested in hosting.

What follow-up strategies can I use after a party to encourage rebooking?

After a party, follow up with hosts and guests to thank them for their participation and gather feedback. Send personalized messages that include a recap of the party's success and the benefits they received. Include information about upcoming host specials and express your desire to work with them again. A timely follow-up, ideally within a week after the party, can keep the momentum going and encourage rebooking.
