What is the difference between the new and the old microcookers? Just a color difference, or is there a performance difference?

I don't know for sure, but I think it's just a color difference. Performance is the same from what customers tell me that have the old ones.

there's no warranty on the outlet ones

I have customers who have the 'old' Micro-Cookers and LOVE them. I think it was just a different color - haven't heard anything about them being different in style/material/etc.

I have both, they are the same just the old ones are kind of a purplish brown color

I have the old style too. Handed down from my step mom, Had them for 10 years and LOVE them still!!!

I could not believe she did not like them!!! She did not understand how to use them. Of course the Micro they had back then was totally wacky!!!

the original ones were thinner and a weird color of brown the handles were different too I think the current ones are much sturdier and heavier

Hi there! As a Pampered Chef consultant, I am happy to share some information about our microcookers. The main difference between the old and new microcookers is the color. The old version is white, while the new version is a sleek black. Both versions have the same performance and features, so it really comes down to personal preference in terms of color. However, I will say that the new microcooker is definitely a customer favorite for its modern look. Let me know if you have any other questions about our microcookers. Happy cooking!
