Do you sign for Directorship with 5 recruits

Just curious - do most people sign up for Directorship once they have 5 recruits - or do you wait until you have a few more? I wanted to know what others choose to do.....

Yep, when you have 5 you hold your breath and jump in. Must easier to MAINTAIN than it is to ATTAIN directorship.

what they said. And keep in mind that once you start recruiting it get easier. Plus you learn that it is NOT optional.

I waited until I had 8 recruits, because all 5 might not be active.....you need 5 active every month. Also, just keep recruiting -- I have 5 active right now, but 5 others who submit every great once in awhile.
