Right now I have 2 recruits. One is very close to becoming inactive. I was going to sign up to go to leadership but I am afraid of one of my recruits going inactive. Then what happens? I have 2 people who told me they are signing the end of Dec and starting their business in January. What do I do? And if my one recruit has a recruit of her own, that recruit doesn't count for me until I am a director, Correct?

If you're already registered for Leadership, you'll be able to go, even if you lose FD status before it starts.Your recruits' recruits don't count as part of your team (for FD status, overrides or Leadership) until you promote to Director.

It can be tough when you have recruits who are close to becoming inactive. My advice would be to focus on keeping them engaged and motivated, and try to help them reach their goals before they become inactive. As for signing up for leadership, I think it's important to prioritize your current recruits and ensure their success before taking on more responsibilities. If your recruits have recruits of their own, they won't count towards your numbers until you reach the director level. However, that doesn't mean you can't still support and mentor them to help them succeed. Just keep communicating with your team and stay positive, and everything will work out in the end.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to be an inactive consultant in Pampered Chef?

An inactive consultant in Pampered Chef is someone who has not met the minimum sales requirements or has not participated in team activities for a specific period, typically a rolling 12-month period. This status can affect their ability to earn commissions and maintain their active status within the company.

How can I reactivate my status as a consultant?

To reactivate your status as a consultant, you typically need to place a new order that meets the minimum sales requirement or participate in a team event. It's best to check with your director or the Pampered Chef website for specific guidelines on reactivation.

Will I lose my team and downline if I become inactive?

If you become inactive, you may not lose your entire team or downline immediately, but your ability to earn commissions from them may be affected. It’s important to stay engaged and meet the sales requirements to maintain your active status and continue benefiting from your team.

What are the consequences of remaining inactive for too long?

Remaining inactive for an extended period can lead to being removed from the consultant program altogether. This means you would lose your ability to sell products, earn commissions, and access consultant resources. Regular engagement and sales are crucial to maintaining your status.

Can I still participate in team meetings or events if I am inactive?

While inactive consultants may still be allowed to attend team meetings or events, they may not have the same privileges or access to resources as active consultants. It's advisable to check with your team leader or director for specific policies regarding participation while inactive.
