This is the recipe I use for Sangria (although I substitue red wine for the non-alcoholic). It gets raves every time!

To make a Raspberry Ginger Ale Sangria, you will need fresh raspberries, ginger ale, white wine (such as Sauvignon Blanc), a splash of orange juice, and some fresh mint for garnish. You can also add other fruits like oranges or lemons for extra flavor.
Begin by combining the white wine, orange juice, and fresh raspberries in a pitcher. Stir gently to mix the ingredients. Just before serving, add the ginger ale to the mixture for a fizzy effect. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit slices if desired.
Yes, you can prepare the wine and fruit mixture ahead of time and refrigerate it. However, it's best to add the ginger ale just before serving to maintain its fizz and freshness.
Absolutely! For a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the white wine with additional ginger ale or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine. You can still use the fresh raspberries and other fruits to keep the flavor vibrant.
Raspberry Ginger Ale Sangria pairs well with light appetizers such as cheese platters, fruit skewers, or shrimp cocktails. It also complements summer dishes like grilled chicken or salads, making it a versatile drink for gatherings.
