Caramel Apple Parfait Crunch Recipe

Ingredients

1 Reddi-wip Original Whipped Light Cream
1 Cup Brown sugar firmly packed
1 Tablespoon Milk
1 Package Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
1 Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts finely chopped
1 Cup Nutlike cereal nuggets
4 Red apples, large
3 Tablespoon Fleischmann's Original Margarine-stick melted

Directions



1. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup brown sugar and milk in medium bowl until well blended.

2. Combine peanuts, cereal and remaining 1/4 cup brown sugar in small bowl.

3. Stir in Fleischmanns until well blended.

4. Spoon half of the apples into 6 (8-ounce) parfait glasses; cover with half each of the Neufchatel mixture and peanut mixture.
Top each with Reddi-wip. Repeat all layers.

Yield: servings (1 parfait each)
