How do I prepare the filling for the artichoke and spinach ring?

To prepare the filling, mix together the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl. Make sure all the ingredients are well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Yes, you can prepare the filling ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. You can also assemble the ring and refrigerate it before baking. Just remember to add a few extra minutes to the baking time if you bake it straight from the fridge.
