Does anyone know if someone orders a $50 gift certificate at the show do they get the guest special for example the jar opener in October? I don't see anything on the flyer that says they don't but if they don't pay shipping on a gc and this is the only thing they are ordering what happens?

I am very new (signed 9/30/05) so any help appreciated!

Thanks,
Amanda

Yes, if the guest buys a $50 gift certificate they get the guest special. They do however, have to pay the $3.50 in shipping and handling.

Thanks!Thanks for the info!

Direct Shipping? If a host orders a GC and has it directly shipped to herself or the GC receiver, does she have to pay the direct shipping costs? That seems outrageous! Why would anyone want to even buy it if they did? Where we are (overseas military) you have to have all PC direct ship  ped.

For some reason I can't post these emails (from field services about military). Let's see if I can attach them. :)

Do we get commission on gift certificates sold?

$$$Yes, we get commission when we sell gift certificates. For this reason customers redeem gift certificates through the company. As far as direct shipping costs on gift certificates...I do not believe that you pay direct shipping for certificates. When you add a gc to an order it asks you for shipping information seperately even when the order is not direct shipped.

You do not charge tax or shipping on gift certificates. When the person receives the certificate, they pay the shipping and tax when they redeem the certificate.
