I have a booth at a fundraiser at the end of the month. I am looking for pictures from your displays. I really want to make my table stand out this year. I normally just put product out but this year want to do something different. Does anyone have any pictures that you wouldn't mind posting?
Also, I want to put my outdoor party sticks in a cool container and I know I read a thread where someone had done this but I just can't find it. Can anyone point me to the way?? Thanks!

I think if you look in the photos section of the files you'll find some

Hi there! I have participated in a few fundraisers before and have some pictures of my display that I'd be happy to share with you. I think it's great that you're looking to switch things up and make your table stand out this year. It's always good to try new things and attract more attention. As for the outdoor party sticks, I remember seeing a thread about that as well. I believe the person used a large mason jar to hold the sticks and decorated it with ribbon and a label. It looked really cute and added a nice touch to the display. I'm not sure if that's the same one you saw, but maybe someone else can chime in with the link to the thread.Good luck with your fundraiser and I hope your table stands out this year!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are some creative display ideas for a Pampered Chef fundraiser?

Consider using themed table setups that reflect the season or holiday. You can create a cooking demonstration area with products in action, or set up a "taste testing" station featuring recipes made with Pampered Chef items. Incorporating eye-catching signage and colorful tablecloths can also enhance the visual appeal.

How can I incorporate product samples into my fundraiser display?

Offering product samples is a great way to engage potential customers. Set up a small tasting area where guests can try recipes made with Pampered Chef products. Ensure that you have enough samples for everyone and consider using small cups or plates for easy serving. This interactive element can help drive sales and interest.

What types of promotional materials should I include in my display?

Include brochures, catalogs, and flyers that highlight the products and any special promotions. You can also create a display board with information about the fundraiser, including the cause, goals, and how the funds will be used. Don't forget to have order forms and business cards available for easy access.

How can I make my display more engaging for attendees?

Incorporate interactive elements, such as live cooking demonstrations or hands-on activities where guests can try out products. You can also host mini-contests or giveaways to encourage participation. Engaging with attendees and sharing personal stories about the products can create a more inviting atmosphere.

What should I consider when setting up my fundraiser display location?

Choose a location that has good foot traffic and visibility. Ensure that your display is well-lit and organized, making it easy for attendees to navigate. Consider the layout to allow for comfortable movement and interaction. Additionally, having a designated area for product demonstrations can draw in more guests.
