After just about breaking my back carrying my products to a bridal expo I am in search of a carrying case. I have looked at the rolling case through PC, but $90 seems like alot to pay for one case. I am considering buying a set of rolling luggage, 3 -4 pieces. Has anyone else used this to carry their products? Give me your opinions please! Thanks!

Don't do this, just go to Staples and get a rolling crate for about $20. Carting products to fairs & expos is rough, and I'd never do it without my 2 rolling crates! For shows, I just use the tote bags (New Consultant Tote, Carryall Tote, Tool Turnabout Tote), but I swear by the Staples rolling crates for fairs and expos!

Thanks for that tip Cathy!

Those ARE great, I use one for my dirty dishes....

Hi there! I completely understand your struggle with carrying your products to events. I have personally used the rolling case from PC and while it is a bit pricey, I have found it to be very durable and convenient. However, if you are looking for a more budget-friendly option, using a set of rolling luggage could definitely work as well. Just make sure to carefully measure your products and choose a set of luggage that can accommodate their size and weight. It's always a good idea to read reviews and do some research before making a purchase. Ultimately, the most important thing is to find a carrying case that works for you and makes your life easier. Best of luck!

Frequently Asked Questions

Rolling luggage offers several advantages, including ample space for larger items, ease of transport, and the ability to organize products efficiently. The wheels make it easier to navigate through crowded venues, reducing strain on your back and arms. Additionally, rolling luggage often has multiple compartments, allowing for better organization of your products and promotional materials.

What are the benefits of using a Pampered Chef case for transporting products to a bridal expo?

A Pampered Chef case is specifically designed for their products, ensuring a snug fit and protection during transport. These cases often have designated compartments for various tools and cookware, making it easy to find what you need quickly. How do I decide between rolling luggage and a Pampered Chef case for a bridal expo?

Consider the size and type of products you plan to bring, as well as the layout of the expo venue. If you have larger items or need to transport a significant quantity of products, rolling luggage may be more suitable. Yes, using both can be a great strategy. You can use the rolling luggage for larger items and bulk supplies, while the Pampered Chef case can hold smaller tools and products that you want to showcase prominently. This combination allows for efficient transport and easy access to a variety of products during the expo.

When choosing rolling luggage, look for durable wheels, lightweight materials, and organizational compartments. For a Pampered Chef case, ensure it has protective padding, secure closures, and enough space for your essential products.
