what's at a Regional Meeting?

Just wondering? There's one a few hours away (los angeles area) so if you all think they are worth it to go, maybe I will consider it with my clustermates?

What are they exactly?

Nevermind, I just read through another post and found out... sounds like it would be worth it to go, especially since I cannot make it to Confrence this year! :(
