Hey you guys, I am a Canadian coming to Leadership. Just wondering, do I need a "Dress Up" outfit with me? I usually bring something dressy for the Canadian one, but the "checklist on line suggests a sweater for chilly conference rooms and business casual. Doesn't say anything about anything dressier.
What usually goes on with that??

Last year, there wasn't a need to dress up for anything, unless walking stage. Business casual was perfectly fine for all of it.DH checked the weather yesterday, and it looks like it'll be low 40s during Leadership, with no overnight lows below freezing.

Nothing to dress up for. Business casual all the way.

I just wanted to add that it is usually just a bit more buisness than casual... as compaired to National.

I guess that depends on your definition of business casual. What people were wearing at Leadership last year was very much what I consider business casual, but National is more of a combination of Bus. casual and just plain casual (some downright trashy, too, on occasion).
